Ενας Extreme Αγώνας
Η κολύμβηση έγινε σε θάλασσα με καταμετρημένη θερμοκρασία τήν ημέρα του αγώνα 90 C. Και τα τρία αθλήματα ήταν μονής διαδρομής, δηλαδή από το σημείο Α στο σημείο Β. Το ποδήλατο δεν είναι 180 χλμ, αλλά 200, γύρω από τά βουνά των Scottish Highlands με πολλές ανηφόρες ενώ το τρέξιμο, είναι ορεινός μαραθώνιος στα βουνά τών Ηighlands. Σημειωτέον, το ποδήλατο έγινε σε κάποια τμήματα υπό καταρρακτώδη βροχή, ενώ αρκετοί βγήκαν από τό κολύμπι με υποθερμία.

Ελληνικές Συμμετοχές
Ο Λευτέρης Παρασκευάς και ο Παρασκευάς (Πάρης) Λιόντος. Και οι δύο έλληνες αθλητές τερμάτισαν με τον Λευτέρη να βγαίνει 2ος από το νερό και να τερματίζει στην πολύ τιμητική 39η θέση
Ο Πάρης κατάφερε να τερματίσει παρά την μόνο για λιγότερο από μήνα προετοιμασία του για τέτοιου είδους αγώνα και με δανεικό εξοπλισμό από τόν ίδιο τον διοργανωτή McInnes (όλα αυτά λόγω ξαφνικής συμμετοχής).
