You’ve heard about Triathlon and you would like to try one, probably a sprint distance for the beginning. But there are many things that bother you and you don’t know what to do:

- “I don’t think that I have the proper technique in swimming. Especially the open water swimming makes me very nervous.”
- I don’t think that I will be able to cope with such a time demanding sport.

- We are offering to you “one to one” swim, bike and run sport clinics in order that you adopt the appropriate technique in these sports.
- We schedule your personal training program
- You will complete your first triathlon after a moth together with us and after two months you will be able to participate in your first race
